Not physical courage but moral courage
Courage to fight and defend
What you know to be right and what you love
What use is belief in kindness
What use is belief in tolerance
What use is belief in justice
If you don't have the courage
To fight unkindness, intolerance and injustice
If at times it seems you have carried
A lonely burden for longer than you can bear
Don't despair because time will bring its own balm
In the knowledge that you were brave
And didn't let anyone down

NEVER FADING
Time moves on
Places and people change
Nothing ever stays the same
But there are memories
Of golden moments
That we keep forever
And as time marches on
We march with it
As it brings new happiness
New friendships, new moments to treasure
Time allows us to forget
The rough and ugly recalling the smooth and lovely
Allowing us to recapture
The first careless rapture
Never fading as long as we don't
Bring them into the clear light of
